• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. innerwear) are non-returnable
• Return requests mut be made within 48 hours after receipt of goods.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

b. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or customs delays.

c. Risk passes to you upon successful delivery.
