This Refund Policy (the &#8220;Policy&#8221;) informs you about your right to return and receive a refund for products purchased on our website as well as describes the procedure, rules and guidelines relating to the return and refund for the products purchased on our website.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the return and refund.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">We offer returns, refunds and repairs of damaged products according to the provisions of the law. REFUNDS<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">We may offer refund for products purchased if:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">The Product delivered to the customer has a manufacturing defect.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><br \/>Customers may be eligible for a refund provided that:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">The product is returned in its original packaging.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">The product remains sealed and unused.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">The product must not be damaged or broken at the time of return.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">The product will be returned with the receipt issued for its purchase.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><br \/>Other conditions of return are as follows:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">The customer completes a complaint form available either via the website, email or support ticket and in not less than 48 hours after receipt of goods and submits an original payment slip.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><br \/>We reserve the right to reject the return and refuse to grant a refund if the conditions stipulated herein have not been satisfied.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Any claims for a refund must be made within: 48 working hours of receipt of the product or services.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>3. DAMAGED PRODUCTS<\/span><\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">If you discover that the product you purchased from us is damaged during delivery:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">report the damage to us immediately upon discovery;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">ensure that that the damaged product is returned in the same condition and packaging it was when it was received;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">we will organize for the repair and\/or replacement of the damaged product provided the damaged product is returned within the following period: 3 working days following your receipt of the product.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><b><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5. RETURN SHIPPING<\/span><\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">For all cases of refund on products, it is our policy that customers will bear all shipping costs or other costs associated with the return of the products.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">If the product is being returned for repairs or an exchange, we will bear the shipping costs and organize for the shipping and transportation back to the customer.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6. HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS<\/span><\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Products may be returned as follows:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Fill a return form on our website\/ email\/ support ticket indicating customers name, address and products purchased.
